CONTACTO COMERCIAL: atención de consultas y solicitudes de contacto recibidas por cualquier medio, así como el mantenimiento de relaciones comerciales relacionadas con los servicios de las empresas de GRUPO VALL COMPANYS:

  • Data collected: Nombre, teléfono, email y consulta.
  • Purpose: Contestar a las solicitudes de información que el interesado haya realizado por cualquier medio sobre los productos y servicios de las empresas de GRUPO VALL COMPANYS, y establecer y mantener relaciones comerciales.

  • CUSTOMERS/SUPPLIERS: Professional personal data provided by customers/suppliers for rendering services and for management of the legal or contractual relationship by the VALL COMPANYS GROUP companies:

    • Purpose: Management of the contractual relationship related with the service.
    • Lawfulness: The legal or contractual relationship required to render the service.
